You can tour Hazelhurst Court at this year's Open House, an award-winning development by Phoenix Community Housing of 60 extra care apartments for older people.

Marklake Court is opening it's doors at this year's Open House. Developed by Leathermarket Community Benefit Society, the 27 affordable homes were built on an underused garage site on the Kipling Estate, Southwark.

Alex Whitcroft of KIN Architects and Cohousing London is speaking at Islington's Impact Hub. He will be sharing his personal experience of living in a community land trust in the States and now wants to connect individuals interested in starting cohousing projects in London and the South West.
